To continue efforts to reduce our environmental impact while increasing customer convenience, effective April 1, 2023, Utility billing is available as paperless billing. This means that customers may choose to receive their bills directly to their inbox instead of receiving a paper copy.

A tenant may request electronic billing however to enroll both the tenant email and the property owner email is required to complete the application. Electronic billing subscriptions will email the Utility billings to both the property owner and the tenant.
