Please read the Community Improvement Plan Expansion (CIP-E) Program Guidelines along with the Millbrook Community Improvement Plan (MCIP) before completing an application. The CIP-E is intended to be read in tandem with the MCIP.
All proposed projects must adhere to the general eligibility criteria as provided in the MCIP and CIP-E.
Applicants must be the registered owner of the property, or if acting through an agent or as a tenant, must present written and signed authorization from the owner at the time of submitting a CIP Funding Application. Owners can complete an Authorization to Act as An Agent form online. The form will save as a pdf which can be uploaded to this application.

Please attach three detailed independent contractor estimates for each component of the proposed eligible work, or two estimates covering all the components of the eligible work.
Please note: Any labour hours provided by the applicant in preparation of the estimates or application will be considered an eligible expense.
